Now, let's delve into some of the star ingredients of our Seed + Oat Chocolate Bars:

1. Raw Cacao: Bursting with antioxidants, raw cacao not only adds a rich, chocolatey flavor but also provides a host of health benefits. It can enhance mood, boost cognitive function, and support heart health.

2. Pumpkin Seeds: These little powerhouses are packed with essential nutrients like magnesium, zinc, and healthy fats. They contribute to hormone regulation, bone health, and immune function.

3. Flax Seeds: Flax seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and lignans. They aid in balancing hormones, promoting digestive health, and reducing inflammation.

4. Buckwheat: Despite its name, buckwheat is gluten-free and an excellent source of plant-based protein. It's rich in vitamins and minerals like magnesium and manganese, supporting bone health and blood sugar control.

These ingredients, combined with the goodness of Seed Cycle and Remedy Kitchen products, make our Seed + Oat Chocolate Bars a delectable way to incorporate seed cycling into your daily routine while indulging in the therapeutic benefits of food.

It's a joyful reminder that nourishing your body can be a delightful and satisfying experience.

Seed + Oat Chocolate Bars Recipe

Ingredients: Topping:
  • Dark chocolate (the amount will depend on if you are wanting to completely cover each log or use a little just for decorating!)
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup crushed Pistachios

Method:

Step 1 - Prepare the Tin: Firstly, grease your non-stick loose base rectangular flan/quiche tin 34 x 11 x 3cm with some coconut oil. Alternatively, you can use a Lamington tin, 27.5 x 17.5 x 3.5cm. Line the tin with baking paper and set it aside.

Step 2 - Mix the Ingredients:

  • Add Seed Cycle Brownie Mix, Remedy Kitchen Porridge, raw buckwheat, nut butter, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. The ingredients should have a sticky consistency. If it feels a little dry, you can add a little extra coconut oil to make it easier to press into your tin. Pop the tin in the fridge to set.
Step 3 - Prepare the Chocolate Topping:
  • Melt your chocolate drops and add the coconut oil to the chocolate mix until all the ingredients are combined and smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate sauce over the tart and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
  • Set it in the fridge for an hour, then cut into 14 equal pieces, so you can get your daily dose of seed cycle!
